Booking Terms & Conditions

To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer of $75 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Please note the following:

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of full payment.

  • Date changes are permitted only if the new date is available and requested at least 14 days in advance.

  • Wi-Fi access is required for immediate photo delivery. Without Wi-Fi, your gallery will be delivered once the device reconnects to a network.

  • The Ivory Booth is not liable for event disruptions due to weather, venue restrictions, or client-provided setup conditions.
